FOR THE PROPERTY SEARCH FEATURE

TO THE LEFT

The Search Feature to the left has been provided as a convenient method for you to search for your next property when you want from where you want.

You do not need to click and select each of the different search options.  The search options are simply a way for you to narrow your search.  For example - if you do not select and fill in the number of bedrooms search option  it will not prevent the search from executing - it will simply give you properties beginning with those having one bedroom and up.

In some cases it will be necessary to fill in the option so that you are not overwhelmed with numbers of properties.  In other cases you might elect not to fill in an option so that you can encompass more properties for an initial search and then narrow the numbers with using the expanded options that become available for subsequent searches until you hone in on what you want.

Note that the system will automatically show you how many properties match your search criteria as you complete each of the search options of your choice.  

Directions 

Click on one or more of the search options on the left sidebar form to set your search criteria. For example, you might select "Lake Mary" under the city search option, then "3" under Bedrooms.  After you are finished with filling in your criteria, click "Search MLS" and the results will load on the right with a map marking your results with the property descriptions below the area map.

After your first search, more advanced features and expanded choices become available including text fields, sliders and check boxes to refine your search by helping your either narrow or expand it. 

Select each city you wish to include in the search by using the arrow keys up and down. Please the enter key or left click with your mouse to confirm the selection. To remove a city, click the "X" button to the left of the city name. In order to better manage your search, only cities matching the ones provided by name in our system may be selected.

After typing an entry, click "Click to Update" or "Update Results" to update your search.
