Lake Markham Preserve is located at the north end of the Markham Woods luxury community corridor, just off Markham Road. 

The homes here are all large and custom-built.  Many of thems are waterfront on Lake Markham or have views of the lake.  The lake is approximately 50 acres and supports all types of water sports including water skiing and wake boarding. 

The lot sizes run between one and three acres and there are a very few building lots still available.

The Markham Woods trailhead for the Seminole County bike trail is located just across Markham Road from the front entrance giving residents here convenient access to one of the most extensive bike trails in the area.

Varied and excellent shopping and restaurants are located nearby in Colonial Town Park and Park Place.  Interstate 4 is approximately 3 miles away making a commute into Orlando easy.
