Live Oak Reserve
Located at the eastern edge of Seminole County, Live Oak Reserve is a large planned and well maintained community located off SR 419 in Oviedo, Florida.
Live Oak consists of more than 900 homes on over 1000 acres – 300 of which are designated conservation. It is configured with a main boulevard winding throughout with numerous villages along the way – all of which are under a single HOA.
Development began in the late 1990’s and home construction began in the early 2000’s. Most of the homes were built by Engle with others built by Meritage and Sandalwood Homes. Sizes range from 2,500 square feet to more than 4,700 with three to six bedrooms in a variety of configurations. With 23 lakes and ponds, there are a number of homes with some water frontage.
Live Oak features a community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer, football, baseball fields as well as numerous parks and playgrounds located in various spots within the community.
It is close to the University of Central Florida (UCF) as well as shopping and restaurants.
