Barclay Place At Heathrow is a small well-kept gated condominium community located in Lake Mary Florida on the northeast corner of Lake Mary Boulevard and Markham Woods Road.  Barclay Place At Heathrow is located within the highly desirable Markham Woods Corridor and borders Heathrow to its north and is directly adjacent to both Alaqua Lakes and Steeple Chase.

The community was originally built for apartment living in the late 1980s and was successfully converted to condominium living in 2004.  There are approximately 140 one, two and a few three bedroom homes ranging in size from just under 1000 square feet to more than 1,330.
