Stonebridge

Stonebridge is a neighborhood in the master-planned and guard gated community of Heathrow in Lake Mary Florida.  Stonebridge was developed by Arvida in the mid 1990s using various custom builders.  It is located on the west side just off Heathrow Boulevard just about half way between the south and north gates.   Stonebridge consists of 68 homes ranging in size from approximately 2800 square feet with  three bedroom three baths to 4000+ square foot custom homes with four and five bedrooms.   

Stonebridge is situated approximately midway within Heathrow to take advantage of both the north and south gates with easy access to several I-4 interchanges, SR 417, Lake Mary Boulevard and SR 46A.  Shopping and nearby restaurants are plentiful in Colonial Town Park, Park Place to the north and along Lake Mary Boulevard to the south.
