Sweetwater Oaks is a well-established and well-kept deeded community located in Longwood Florida off Wekiva Springs Road approximately 20 miles north of Orlando.   The community was developed in the late 1970s and into the 1980s.

Sweetwater Oaks has approximately 1,400 homes generally ranging from three to five bedrooms in 2,000 to 4,500 square feet of living space on lots ranging from one quarter to one acre.  

The area features large mature oak trees, gently sloping hills and tree-lined streets throughout. Amenities include deeded access to Lake Brantley with a private beach and boat ramp for launching for spending the day on the lake water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, and/or fishing.  Also included are a community center for events,   tennis courts, basketball courts and a separate park with baseball/football/soccer field.

Quality shopping and restaurants are close by as well as the 7,000 acre Wekiva Springs State Park .
