Celery Estates is a quiet well kept planned community located on the east side of Sanford Florida off Celery Avenue between Sanford Avenue and SR 415. 

The community was originally developed by Lennar Homes in the mid to late 2000s.  Despite the housing market downturn, Lennar has continued to build-out the community. However, resales do become regularly available.  There are approximately 125 homes in the community, some of which back up to conservation and retention areas. 

The community is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants on 17-92 which also provides access to both 417 and I-4.   The coastal beaches are readily accessible via SR 415.
