Lakeside

Lakeside is a neighborhood in the master-planned, guard-gated, community of Heathrow in Lake Mary Florida.  It is located at the end of Bradcliff Point which intersects with the main street – Heathrow Boulevard.  It is contiguous with Waters Edge and shares the same amenities. 

Built by Morrison Homes, Lakeside was developed in the late 1990s through the early 2000s.  It consists of 80 three and four bedroom homes situated in a loop with a lake in the middle.  Square footages range from 1,800 to 2,500 under air.  

Lakeside is situated slightly north of midway within Heathrow.  Its location can take advantage of both the north and south gates with easy access to several  I-4 interchanges (Lake Mary Blvd & SR 46A), SR 417, Lake Mary Boulevard and SR 46A.  Shopping and nearby restaurants are plentiful in Colonial Town Park, Park Place to the north and along Lake Mary Boulevard to the south.
