The Pelican

The Pelican is a direct oceanfront condominium complex located in New Smyrna Beach Florida at 2401 South Atlantic Avenue.  The Pelican consists of five six-story buildings situated directly adjacent to one another.  The Pelican features one, two and three bedroom properties totaling 144 units with more than 500 feet of oceanfront beach – one of the largest stretches in New Smyrna Beach.  

Buildings “D” and “E” open directly to the ocean front while Buildings “A”, “B” and “C” overlook the pool area with an ample view of the ocean from further back.  There is on-site management located in the newly constructed clubhouse and management office located on the southwest side of the complex. The pool area consists of two swimming pools, a shuffle board court and covered tables and chairs.  The pool area and beach access are both fenced and gated.
