Turnberry

Turnberry is the latest neighborhood to be developed and built-out in Heathrow. It is located just inside the east side of Heathrow near the Country Club and quick ingress and egress can be made through the east side gate near the country club.  Built by CalAtlantic (formerly Standard Pacific Homes) in 2015 and 2016, the twenty-three two-story homes located in Turnberry feature four and five bedrooms with tile roofs and have square footages in the low to mid 3000s. Almost half the homes border the Heathrow County Club golf course in some fashion – those on the west side border the ninth green and others border general areas with more expansive views of the course.

The neighborhood monthly assessment fee for Turnberry includes regular landscaping, irrigation and lawn maintenance.
