Eagle Creek is a small well-kept and well-maintained custom home community in Lake Mary Florida off Lake Mary Longwood Road directly across from Lake Mary High School.    

Eagle Creek was developed and built-out in the late 1980’s by a half a dozen custom builders, several of which are still active today.  There are approximately 36 one and two story homes on large oversized one and two acre lots. 

Homes here range from 2,200 square feet of living in three bedroom homes to more than 4,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms.  Nearly all of the homes have pools and many back up to conservation areas and a few have cul-de-sac locations. 

The community has easy access to well-developed commuting routes of I-4 and the Greenway and shopping and eateries are close by on both Lake Mary Boulevard and 17-92.
