Kentford Garden is located in the northeast portion of Heathrow Florida. It is not accessible directly off Heathrow Boulevard.  Rather, its main entrance is reached by turning onto St. Albans Loop, which passes through Heron Ridge, and then onto Bloomsbury Run.  It can also be accessed via Reserve as it was originally to be part of Reserve, but replatted as its own neighborhood in 2002. 

There are 70 homes in Kentford Garden, all built by David Weekly Homes.   The homes are mainly 4 and 5 bedroom models with 3 car garages with tiled roofs nestled among large mature oak trees.  Many of them have pools and a few are lakefront on two different lakes.   

Current price points range from the high $400s to the $600s depending upon size, configuration and location.
