Parkview and Parkview Heights

Parkview and Parkview Heights are located at the south end of DeBary just north of the Dirksen and 17-92 intersection. The two communities are contiguous with one another.   The communities were developed in the early 2000s and contain 3 and 4 bedroom single and two story homes.  Most of the homes were built by Cosmopolitan Homes.  

The St. Johns River is nearby for boating and fishing.  Ramps are located to the south at Wayside Park and Lake Monroe Park and to the north off of Highbanks Road. 

Shopping and restaurants are nearby on 17-92 and  off the Saxon Boulevard corridor.   With excellent access to I-4 via three separate options – Saxon Boulevard, Dirksen Road or 17-92 the office parks of Lake Mary are very convenient.
