Savannah Park at Heathrow is a gated and well-kept townhouse community located off International Parkway between Wayside Drive and Wilson Road on the west side of I-4 in Sanford Florida.   It consists of approximately 125 homes developed in two phases by Ashton Woods.  The project was fully built out in 2012.

Square footages range between 1,549 square feet to 1,946 square feet in a variety of configurations including two, three and four bedroom models, all of which are two story and some of which have a first floor master bedroom. Each property features a full-sized two car garage located at the rear and accessible via an alleyway behind each row.  This configuration forms a private courtyard between the rear of the home and the separate garage.
