Deltona
The Largest City in Central Florida
Deltona is one of Central Florida’s largest bedroom communities. Its name was derived from combining the names of nearby DeLand and Daytona Beach. The 2008 Census put the population at 85,921, making it the largest city in Volusia County. Though it was initially developed in the early 1960’s, it was not until a vote by residents in December of 1995 that it was incorporated as a city.

The city is comprised mostly of affordable single family homes in approximately 25,000 households. The city still has an ample supply of building lots. Check out the great Deltona homes below or to the left, refine the search for your Deltona home or investment !
