Youth and Adult Sports Leagues in Central Florida

Both adult and youth sports leagues abound in Central Florida.  Unlike many other areas, Central Florida’s weather allows for most individual sports to be played year round.   

Youth Leagues

For our kids – in addition to high and some middle school leagues - the i9, Little League, RDV, HotShots, Pop Warner and YMCA all have active programs in Central Florida in soccer, hockey, tackle football, flag football, swimming, baseball, basketball and lacrosse.  Many have travel-teams. In addition, girls volleyball is very active with several different competing sponsor organizations. Some of the golf and tennis clubs also support teams to compete with other clubs in golf, tennis and swimming.

Adult Leagues

Adult leagues are available through a variety of Central Florida outlets including the YMCA and Fairfax Athletics, with softball, basketball, tennis and soccer often played throughout the year.  In addition, some golf course clubs and tennis clubs field teams to compete with other clubs.
